Service Technician As a service technician your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by keeping customer's product working efficiently. Service technicians work on Hot Tubs, Pool Equipment and Saunas. This position also works at installing Inground Pool Liners, Safety Pool Cover and more. This is a full time position with part time availability for service technician assisting. Must be available during the day on weekdays. No experience required.
Pool Installation Technician Pool installation's main focus is to install Above Ground Pools, Inground Pools and handle all liner replacements on pools. This may include some filter equipment replacement at established pools and also pool openings and closings. This is a full time or part time position. Full time in-season is Four 10 hour days.
Customer Care Coordinator Keep all schedules managed for our service and delivery department by working with consumers and our team to schedule pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill deliveries and also scheduling new service appointments. Fields all calls from customers when having issues with product, needing manuals, help with their product. This is position is available part time and full time. Must be available weekdays.
Delivery Associate Become a member of our delivery team and help deliver product such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, patio and grills. This position may include assemby of some product including but not limited to Saunas, Patio and Grills. Pool Installation is not included in this position. Full time and Part Time positions are available. Lead Delivery drivers must have a valid drivers license. Delivery assistants do not need to have a drivers license. May include half day Saturdays during peak season.
Warehouse / Packaging Join our fast paced warehouse and packaging team and collect product for customers orders, package and prepare for shipping. Part time positions available. Saturdays are not required but will be offered. (Typically 9am-1pm)
Bookkeeping Bookkeepers oversee Hansen's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. You would be expected to perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Part time or Full time available. Must be available weekdays during the day, at least 3 days a week. Experience is required.
Retail Sales Specialist Work directly with consumers and help them find their perfect product for their home including Pools, Hot Tubs, Saunas, Patio and Grills. This position also includes some retail customer service. No experience is required. Full Time and Part Time positions are available. Saturdays are required for full time positions during peak season, with at least one Saturday off per month outside of peak season. Part time positions will be required to work at least 2 Saturdays a month during peak season. This is a commissioned position.
Online Retail Specialist Manage customer requests, orders and more via phone, emails and live chat support via our website. Daily duties include but are not limited to; answering emails, answering phone calls, troubleshooting issues with customers and logging in to our chat support program. This is a part time position. No experience required.
Water Care Specialist Our Water Care Specialist position's main goal is to provide customers with support regarding water care for their hot tubs and swimming pools. Daily duties include but are not limited to: Running water tests for consumers pool/hot tub water, answering questions regarding water care, and following up with customers that have water issues. Part Time and Full Time positions avialable. No experience required, we will train.
Retail Associate Help give customers a great customer experience by greeting them with a smile, helping them find product they are looking for and running point of sale transactions. Daily duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, checking voicemail, running point of sale transactions, stocking shelves (if stockers are unavailable), helping customers find product and keeping the store clean. Part Time and Full Time Spring/Summer positions available. No experience required.
Stock/Porter Associate Ensure shelves are stocked, product is priced properly and help customers carry product to their vehicles. Must be able to lift heavier objects. Part Time Spring/Summer positions available. No experience required.
Retail Management Our retail managers help keep everything moving smoothly while helping customers in the store. Because you are working directly with customers and helping manage staff members - no day is ever the same! Daily duties include but are not limited to: Opening/Closing of the store, managing staff members, ensuring customer satisfaction, running point of sale transactions, selling product, ensuring the store shelves are stocked and product is priced properly, store displays remain clean and more. This is a full time position. All Saturdays during peak season are required. You will get at least one Saturday off a month outside of peak season months. Some management and/or retail experience required.
