Where are you located?

We are located at 4440 Green Bay Rd. Kenosha, WI 53144 Our store is easily accessible on the west side of Hwy 31, or Green Bay Rd Between Hwy 142 and Hwy 158.
Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer financing on both product & service labor. Terms and offers are available through our retail or service department.
What are your Store Hours?

Our Store Hours change based on the season. Our Current Store Hours are: Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm Friday 10am-5pm Saturday 10am-4pm Sunday Closed
What is your return policy?

-You have 45 days to return product in its original packaging. -If product has been opened, it may incur up to a 50% re-stocking fee or may be denied return depending on packaging condition. -If product is defective, we must follow manufacturer's instructions for replacement -Select products are not available for return: All chemicals (Pool & Hot Tub), Solar & Winter Covers that have been removed from their boxes, Liners that have been removed from their box
What Payment options to you accept?

We happily accept all forms of payment including Cash, Check, Credit Card (MasterCard, Discover, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay) We also have financing options available.
Do you offer Installation on Pools?

We offer installation on our Stealth Semi-Inground pools. We have a list of independent contractors for Above Ground Pool installation. These contractors are not affiliated with Hansen's Pool & Spa, but are familiar with our product.
How do I schedule a service appointment?

Visit our page: When you submit a service request, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours. During our peak season (April - September) requests may take slightly longer but rest assured, we will get to your request! You can also text us at 262-697-1114 for any service needs you may have. Our service department schedules Hot Tub, Above Ground Pool, Inground Pool, and Sauna repairs. Visit to see all service offerings. At this point in time, we do not offer free online or over the phone troubleshooting on any equipment unless you are within the manufacturers warranty period from a product that was purchased through our company.
